This loan is granted to our members for their own personal development e.g. buying of land, property or any project. The general provision applicable to loan products applies to this loan. A member may pledge security of asset purchased instead of guarantors.

• The loan is payable within a maximum period of 60 months
• The maximum amount granted is 5, 000,000/=
• The minimum loan applied must exceed Kshs. 3,000,000
• A member qualifies for one premium loan at a time.
