Asset Finance Loan

This loan is granted to members who wish to purchase a tangible asset such as land, motor vehicle or shares. The Sacco will finance up to three times the member’s savings.

1. The loan is payable within a maximum period of 72 months
2. The maximum amount granted is Kshs 7,500,000/=
3. The minimum amount granted is Kshs 300,000/=
4. No guarantor required
5. Pre- sale Valuation of the Asset is a mandatory requirement.
6. For motor vehicles, the vehicle should be comprehensively insured until the loan is fully paid.
7. The Sacco finances motor vehicles that are eight years and below.
8. The loanee meets all legal and processing fees in the acquisition of the asset.
9. Pre- sale Valuation of the Asset is a mandatory requirement.
