1) The general loan terms applies to this loan.
2) Repayment period:
Up to Kes 2M- 36 Months
Above Kes 2M-3M -48 Months
3) The maximum amount is Kes 3M.
4) Interest rate of 1% per month
5) The loan must be fully secured
6) Must have an existing development loan – with good repayment history
7)The applicant must demonstrate ability to repay the additional loan
